Refund Policy

Refund Policy Overview :

Elimvia values transparency and fairness in all transactions. Our refund policy is designed to protect both learners and tutors while ensuring that services are delivered as promised. By using Elimvia, you agree to this refund policy as part of our Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility for Refunds :

Refunds apply only under specific conditions. A user may request a refund if:

  • The purchased course or tutoring session is unavailable or not delivered within the promised timeframe.
  • Duplicate payments were made for the same course or session.
  • The course content is materially different from its description on Elimvia.
  • Technical issues from Elimvia’s platform prevented course access after multiple verified attempts.
Non-Refundable Situations :

Refunds do not apply in the following cases:

  • Course completion of more than 30% by the learner.
  • Tutor sessions attended or partially completed.
  • Failure to meet device or internet requirements on the learner’s end.
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
Refund Process :

To request a refund, users must:

  • Submit a refund request through their Elimvia dashboard or by emailing support@elimvia.com.
  • Include the order ID, payment reference, and a short explanation.
  • Receive acknowledgment within 3 business days and resolution within 7 business days after verification.
Special Cases :

For Kenyan users, refunds will be processed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) through the same payment method used, including M-Pesa, card, or bank transfer. For international users, refunds will be processed in USD.
